Thank you for shopping with KLOAVER. We work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $74.97 or more.
Free shipping applies to standard shipping only. If expedited or express shipping is selected, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost regardless of the order total.
Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of KLOAVER’s control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process.
KLOAVER is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
If your package appears to be lost, contact us at kloavercare@gmail.com and we will help you determine the appropriate next steps.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
